WHY CHOOSE A SILKPEEL® DERMALINFUSION?

Why Choose a SilkPeel® Dermalinfusion?

Is your skin damaged from too much time in the sun? Are you prone to dry and cracked hands caused by winter weather? Do you have acne on your face or back?

If you’ve tried to treat these or other skin issues, but have had little success, then there may be a new treatment option for you: SilkPeel® Dermalinfusion. This non-surgical, non-invasive treatment option can help dramatically improve the health and appearance of your skin.

What Is SilkPeel® Dermalinfusion?

SilkPeel® Dermalinfusion is designed to help rejuvenate skin, reduce scarring, erase fine lines, and more. The treatment uses precisely controlled vacuum pressure to simultaneously exfoliate the skin and suction away damaged skin cells. It also delivers healing serums deep into the skin that are formulated to treat specific conditions like hyperpigmentation, acne, sun damage, and dehydration. Your doctor or technician will help you decide which serum is best for you.

SilkPeel® Dermalinfusion is often considered to be a step above microdermabrasion because SilkPeel®stimulates collagen production, which helps skin resist future damage. In addition, microdermabrasion relies on the technician to apply consistent pressure and speed throughout the treatment, which introduces the possibility of human error.

What Happens During a SilkPeel® Treatment?

Your technician will begin by deeply cleaning the skin around the treatment area. Next, the technician will place the SilkPeel® hand piece on the treatment area and move it gently along your skin. You’ll feel light pressure, but no pain or discomfort.

After this step is completed, your technician will apply treatment serums and/or topical vitamins and minerals that have been determined as best for you. Finally, sunscreen is applied to the treated area. A full SilkPeel® treatment takes about 30 to 60 minutes.

What Conditions Can SilkPeel® Treat?

SilkPeel® can be used on your face, neck, chest, hands, feet, and other areas of your body to rejuvenate your appearance. It is designed to treat a range of skin issues, such as:

What Results Can Be Expected?

Results of the SilkPeel® treatment are immediately visible. Your skin will be hydrated, look and feel smoother, and have a healthy glow. For the best possible results, you should adopt an at-home skin-care regimen that includes the use of sunscreen, facial cleansers, moisturizers, and eye creams.

Improvements to fine lines or skin discoloration may require additional treatments. Because the SilkPeel®machine is so gentle, you can have a SilkPeel® treatment as often as you like, but there’s rarely a reason to have a treatment more than once per month.

Is There Any Recovery Time?

There’s no resting recovery time required after a SilkPeel® treatment, but we do strongly recommend that patients apply sun screen after the procedure and avoid direct sunlight for a few days. Other than that, you can immediately return to work, put on makeup, and otherwise go about your day.

What Does a SlikPeel® Treatment Cost?

A single SilkPeel® treatment typically costs between $100 and $200. You may be able to save money by buying several sessions at once.
