State-of-the-Art Facility

At his Florham Park practice, plastic surgeon Dr. Joseph Fodero says his dream was to build a state-of-the-art facility that had the highest level of patient care. He says he wanted to create an environment where people would feel comfortable "receiving" their care. In this clip, you will see how he has accomplished his goals with a state-of-the-art facility!

DR. JOSEPH FODERO: My dream when I set out to build a practice was to have a state-of-the-art facility to provide the highest level of patient care. I wanted to create an environment where people would feel comfortable receiving their care. So what we have been able to assemble here is a 5,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility that has state-of-the-art exam rooms for procedures such as injectables, like Botox and fillers, and also a fully accredited surgery center to perform some of the larger procedures, such as breast augmentation, rhinoplasty, and facelift. And the goal was to take all the elements that you need from a hospital and bring them to my surgery center. So we hand-picked the nursing staff, we hand-picked the anesthesiologists that work here, and to create a private, quiet environment where people can get the highest level of care. It was important to me that we maintain the highest level of safety. So we have all the best equipment and all the best people here in the facility, but I wanted it to be in a private, low volume setting, and a more hygienic setting, so people would feel comfortable and have the best possible results. So for someone considering having elective cosmetic surgery, I think this is the ultimate place to have it done.
